• Events/Video: If we host live sessions (e.g., Zoom), we may receive your name, email, attendance and recordings (where applicable and lawful).

• Logs/analytics: typically 14–26 months (aggregated thereafter)

We’ll delete or anonymise data once no longer needed, unless we must keep it for legal claims or compliance.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backups, least-privilege policies). No online service is 100% secure; report concerns to [ask@yorubaronu.co.uk].

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EU) without parental consent. If you believe we have collected a child’s data without consent, contact us to delete it.
